1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 399bad ("399bad", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the 399bad website at https://399bad.club, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 399bad platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 399bad recommends that all players revisit this page periodically to review the most current version.

These Terms should be read alongside the 399bad Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your relationship with 399bad.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 399bad platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 399bad enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial operation.
• You are using your own personal payment methods to fund your account. Deposits made from accounts or wallets that belong to another person are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 399bad, or an immediate family member of any such person, without prior written consent from 399bad management.
• Your participation in online gaming activities is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You are of sound mind and acting voluntarily. You are not using the platform under the influence of substances that impair judgment or decision-making.

399bad performs age and identity verification checks as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. By registering, you consent to these verification procedures. 399bad may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage, including at the time of a withdrawal request. Accounts where verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended until documents are received and reviewed.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access betting, casino games, and all other features of the 399bad platform, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact method. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify 399bad immediately if any of your registered details change.

Each person may hold only one account on the 399bad platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across all accounts. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact 399bad support at [email protected] immediately.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. 399bad strongly recommends that all players use a unique, strong password and avoid sharing account access with any third party under any circumstances.

• Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• Do not allow others to access your account or use your deposited funds.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that your registered email address remains active and accessible, as account communications and security notifications are sent to this address.

399bad will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 399bad that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals or as part of our ongoing compliance obligations. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. 399bad processes all submitted documents securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 399bad platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 399bad does not apply hidden currency conversion fees. What you deposit in Taka is credited to your account in Taka, and what you withdraw is returned to you in Taka via your chosen payment method.

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 399bad platform for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfers to and from major Bangladesh banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallet methods.
• Minimum deposit: ৳1,000 for Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 across all supported payment methods.

399bad processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Average processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes; Rocket and Upay withdrawals within 30 minutes; Visa and Mastercard withdrawals within 1–3 business days; direct bank transfers within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. 399bad does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

399bad does not charge platform-level deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees which are outside 399bad's control. Please check with your payment provider for any applicable charges before initiating a transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

399bad offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses credited to a 399bad account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. A wagering requirement means that the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be bet a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly displayed in that promotion's specific terms and conditions.

• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that expire unused are forfeited automatically without compensation.
• Only wagers placed with real money funds contribute toward withdrawal eligibility when bonus funds are also active, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• 399bad reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting remain in force.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses — through techniques such as low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent — may have their bonuses voided and associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• 399bad seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL finals, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) are subject to the same general bonus terms unless specific terms state otherwise.

399bad reserves the right to verify that a player has met all eligibility criteria before awarding a bonus. If a player is found to have claimed a bonus while ineligible — for example, by creating a duplicate account to claim a welcome bonus more than once — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 399bad platform is subject to the rules set out in this section, as well as any game-specific rules displayed within individual game interfaces. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager.

Sports Betting: 399bad offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on 399bad:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Market odds are subject to change up to the point of acceptance.
• 399bad reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or suspend betting on any event at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (for example, odds that are clearly the result of a technical malfunction), 399bad reserves the right to void the affected bets regardless of their settlement status.
• All live in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which the platform verifies that the submitted odds remain valid. Bets submitted during rapidly changing in-play situations (e.g., immediately following a wicket or goal) may be declined or offered at revised odds.
• Event cancellations, postponements, or walk-overs are handled in accordance with the specific rules displayed for each sport and market type on the 399bad platform.

Casino Games: All casino games available on 399bad — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and crash games including Aviator by Spribe — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics whose fairness is independently verified. • The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface before play begins.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players using the 399bad platform agree to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with 399bad, including providing fraudulent identification documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the 399bad platform in any manner connected with money laundering, including depositing funds of illegal origin, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform as a vehicle for the movement of illicit funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or the application of low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, or participating in betting on events whose outcome is or may be the subject of match fixing, corruption, or other manipulation.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the 399bad platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 399bad systems, databases, or other players' accounts, or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the platform through hacking, distributed denial of service, or any other technical means.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive language or behaviour toward 399bad staff or other platform users through any available communication channel.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing any other person to use your account, or using another person's account or payment methods to fund or operate a 399bad account.

399bad employs a range of technical, manual, and automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts identified as engaging in any of the above activities will be actioned promptly. 399bad's decisions regarding account suspension, fund forfeiture, and access restriction in response to prohibited conduct are final and not subject to appeal beyond the internal review process managed by the 399bad compliance team.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Account Closure: Any player wishing to close their 399bad account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, 399bad will verify the identity of the requesting party and ensure that any open bets are settled and any real-money balance is returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion directly through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no new deposits, bets, or gameplay is possible. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired. Permanent self-exclusion requests are treated as account closures and are not reversible under any circumstances.

Suspension by 399bad: 399bad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from 399bad.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 above.
• Where required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.
• Where continued operation of the account would, in 399bad's reasonable judgment, pose a risk to the platform, other users, or the integrity of the games and betting markets offered.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 399bad will endeavour to communicate the reason for the suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance held in a suspended account will be returned to the player following the conclusion of the investigation, provided that no grounds for forfeiture are identified. Bonus balances held in a suspended account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 399bad reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. The inactivity fee will not reduce any real-money balance below zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].
